    Warming Ukrainians with disabilities through the winter period during the Russian war against Ukraine. People are fighting independently for their salvation and preparing for a brutal winter. Abandoned and invisible, Ukrainians with disabilities are struggling in two wars: the Russian war against Ukraine and discrimination in humanitarian action.

    Due to active hostilities in Ukraine, a significant part of the gas pipelines were damaged. Gas distribution stations, which provided heating in winter, stopped working. The average winter temperature is -5C in Ukraine. It will be challenging for 2.7 million Ukrainians with disabilities to survive under such conditions during the Russian war.
