The occupiers fired artillery at the Pushcha-Vodytsya psychoneurological boarding school. Staff and wards were evacuated earlier.
One shell hit the boiler room: the roof was damaged, there is destruction inside. The second shell hit the morgue.
As a result of the blast wave, the residential building of the institution was also partially destroyed.
At the time of the shelling, boarding school wards and staff were evacuated to safety. Currently, specialists are working at the site of the shelling.
March 13. Chairman of the Luhansk Regional State Administrarion Serhiy Haidai. In the village of Borivskyi near Severodonetsk in the Luhansk region, Russian invaders killed a well-known volunteer, Alexander Kononov.
“Alexander Kononov R.I.P. Ukrainian volunteer killed by Russians in their own home in Borivskyi, near Severodonetsk,” the statement said.
According to Gaidai’s speech, Kononov was shot in his wheelchair.
